The KROSS Level 8.0 is an advanced mountain bike for ambitious amateurs looking for a good bike with good components at a price that will not significantly overload your home budget. The frame is made of superlite aluminum, and the bike features the RockShox shock absorber and Shimano components. KROSS Level 8.0 is a real MTB bike that will help you spread your wings during difficult marathons and subsequent cross country rounds. The KROSS Level 8.0 in 2021 is a continuation of the thought guiding us when designing the previous generations of this bike. It's not just the new paint job on the frame - it's an all-new Shimano SLX M7100 drivetrain with 12 speeds. We have also improved many small details that contribute to the pleasure and comfort of riding.

The KROSS Level 8.0 features an aluminum frame, and to create it, we based our activities on the experience of the competitors riding in the Kross Racing Team. That is why it is characterized by aggressive geometry, brand components and many solutions that can be found in the highest models of our bikes. As the components we used the Shimano SLX M7100 group in a 1x12 setup. The crank is a Shimano MT610, which is a system with a 10 - 51 cassette that allows you to develop high speeds on descents and makes it easier to climb steep routes during rounds.

High-class components

The KROSS Level 8.0 frame is made of superlite aluminum. This alloy, due to heat treatment, is characterized by high rigidity and resistance to overloads and, most importantly, low weight. In addition, in the least exposed areas, the frame tubes are triple-modulated to reduce its weight. Each frame is also subject to the process known as hydroforming. This allows us to obtain lighter structures characterized by higher strength and precision of workmanship. What will surely attract the attention of many people is the brand RockShox Recon Silver RL R SA shock absorber. This is a high-quality structure equipped with an air chamber and a special Motion Control RL damper. The handlebar includes the shock absorber lock switcher. Our XC bike is equipped with rigid axles and post mount brakes. The Shimano BR-MT500 hydraulic disc brakes are responsible for braking. We also equipped the bike with 29-inch wheels for easy off-road riding and stiff axles. The wheels were installed on WTB ST i23 rims adapted to the tubeless system. We chose the Schwalbe Rapid Rob 2.25" wide tires. The list of components is supplemented by a brand Selle Royal seat.
