KROSS LEVEL JUNIOR TOKYO

Even the youngest dream about winning Olympic medals for their country. That is why, to meet these dreams, we have created a series of bicycles inspired by the Olympic Games in Tokyo. Our KROSS Level bikes have always been designed for riders and amateurs taking part in MTB marathons and XC races. The KROSS Level Junior Tokyo was also created with this in mind. It is a bike created for kids who want to start their adventure with more competitive off-road riding. In addition, it is supplemented with painting inspired by ever-illuminated Tokyo. Thanks to this, your child will have an unusual and unique bike.

The KROSS Level Junior Tokyo in 2021 is a continuation of the thought guiding us when designing the previous generations of this bike. We coated the frame with new paint and improved many small details that contribute to pleasure and comfort of riding a bicycle.

Components

The KROSS Level Junior Tokyo components were based on the concept of one-frame crank and high-quality components. This allowed us to create a drivetrain with an eight-row cassette that will allow the child to ride comfortably in any terrain. And it will also minimize the risk of the chain falling. SR Suntour XCT JR suspension fork was used in the bike with 50mm travel to increase riding comfort. The KROSS Level Junior Tokyo features 24” wheels fitted with 1.9” Mitas V75 Scylla tires, which will ensure predictable bike behavior both in the city and off-road. It also features hydraulic JAK-Y1 NUTT disc brakes that ensure safe braking even on the most difficult terrain.

Technologies

The frame of the KROSS Level Junior Tokyo is made of performance aluminum. This is a special 6061 performance aluminum alloy, thanks to which the bike is stiff and resistant to breakage. At the same time, it is a relatively light material that can surprise many cyclists with its properties. In addition, the frame is powder coated, which translates into durability of painting and its resistance to mechanical damage. As in the case of adult Level frames, the KROSS Level Junior Tokyo also benefits from hydroforming of the frame, thanks to which it is lighter and features more attractive tube shapes. All cables have been routed inside the frame, increasing its aesthetics and facilitating cleaning.
